A combination of scavenger hunt and amazing race, Mossom's Awesome Discovery Challenge is a weekend long event highlighting 12 interesting facts about the town of Bobcaygeon. Purchase a $2.00 souvenir passport from vendors in town on June 6 or 7 and answer the clues inside. Collect the signatures of historic characters around the village, race in a team for a

Parking / Transportation
Additional parking will be available at the fair grounds and at the public school. A bus route will provide transport to the downtown from both spots. It will run from the fair grounds to the Boyd Heritage Museum, continue via
the highway to Market Square, and finish at the public school (near the Remax balloon rides and Kawartha Settlers Village). It will then return via the same route to the fair grounds, making the same stops.
Washroom facilities
In addition to the washrooms found at the lock station and Tommy Anderson park, extra facilities will be in place at the lock station, the Chamber of Commerce, the end of Bolton St. and both parking areas (the fair grounds
and the public school parking lot). |
